Measuring, not just asking

The tracking CSV has empty columns for run date, whether you were named, whether you were cited, and notes. Those columns are the point. A single run tells you almost nothing; the same prompts run monthly tell you whether the work is moving anything.

Keeping results comparable

Use a fresh session each time. Chat history changes the answer.
Record the assistant and the date. Models update, and an unexplained swing is usually a model change, not your doing.
Distinguish named from cited. Being mentioned in prose and being linked as a source are different wins.
Answers vary between runs. Treat a single absence as noise and a repeated absence as signal.
